These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bevix platform, owned and operated by BestDataInfo SRL, a company incorporated under Romanian law, with its registered office in Romania (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using Bevix (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Description of Services
Bevix provides business intelligence services including access to curated databases of wineries, distilleries, breweries, and other company listings. Features may include data exports, filters, verified contact details, and custom lead lists.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
3. Account and Access
Users must register and purchase a subscription to access premium data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to full platform functionality is based on paid subscription plans. Prices and billing details are listed on our website. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data
- Scrape, copy, or automate downloads
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Attempt to breach or bypass platform security
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, data, design, trademarks, and software are the property of BestDataInfo SRL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for a specific purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
